Congratulations to our April Athletes of the Month – Gabriela Stevenson (Girls Track & Field) and Michael DeCicco (Boys Lacrosse).
Gabby threw the 6th furthest throw in the Discus in school history at the Rowland Relays (110’2″). There, she teamed up with Mitra Sampson to shatter the school record in the 2xDiscus Relay. Gabby currently has the 2nd farthest Discus throw in Atlantic County and in the Cape-Atlantic League.
Mike has taken a big step up this year with his skill as well as his leadership. He has scored or assisted in all but one game this year and has doubled his production from last. Mike has been averaging 1 goal, 2 assists, 4 groundballs, and 2 caused turnovers per game.
